Cavrine


Area: produced in the moraine hills of the Falcona in “Cavrine”, an area which had been considered poor for farming and had therefore been left for the goats to graze. Thanks to modern cultivating improvements, optimal grapes with unique organoleptic characteristics for wine making are grown there today.

Grapes: Corvina, Rondinella, Sangiovese and Molinara

Vinification: the fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. Aging then takes place in oak barrels for 12 months and is continued in the bottles for an addition 6 months.

Characteristics: red wine, smooth in structure with ripe berry aromas. Alcohol Content: 13% alcohol by volume.

Serving Temperature: serve at 18° C.

Available in: bottles of 0.75 l.

Bianco di Custoza


Area: produced in the moraine hills of the Falcona, an area with ample light and breezy air from Lake Garda, and the traditional area of Custoza.

Grapes: Garganega, Trebbiano toscano, Cortese, Pinot bianco, Chardonnay and Tocai friulano.

Vinification: the fermentation and the aging takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature.

Characteristics: a pale yellow wine, fruity and smooth with light body.

Alcohol Content: 12% alcohol by volume.

Serving Temperature: serve at 11° C.

Available in: tottles of 0.75 l.

Falcona


Area: it is a white sparkling wine, produced on the morainic hills of “Falcona” from which its name. This production zone is situated in Valeggio Sul Mincio, near to Garda Lake.

Grapes: Pinot bianco Chardonnay 30%, Cortese 15%, Garganega 40% and Trebbiano toscano 15%.

Vinification: wine making takes place in stainless steel tanks and follows in autoclaves where fermentation takes place at controlled pressure.

Characteristics: we obtain a light sparkling and bright shade wine, fresh and fruity nose.

Alcohol Content: : 12,5 % alcohol by volume.

Serving Temperature: serve at 11° C.

Available in: bottles of 0.75 l.

Pinea


Area: white wine Spumante Brut called Pinea for the grapes from Pinea hill located in “Falcona” estate in Valeggio sul Mincio close to the Garda lake.

Grapes: Pinot bianco 50% and Chardonnay 50%.

Vinification: the vinification takes place in autoclave through Martinotti method at controlled temperature and pressure.

Characteristics: it is obtained a fresh wine with fruity aroma.

Alcohol Content: 12 %alcohol by volume.

Serving Temperature: serve at 10° C

Available in: bottles of 0.75 l.

Rosé Brut – “Roinà”


Area: product morainic hills of the “TENUTA LA FALCONA” in the town of Valeggio near Lake Garda is obtained thanks to the miller a poor grapes in color but rich in aromas and a pleasant acidity, along with the Corvina makes this wine very pleasant and elegant.

Grapes: obtained from un'uvaggio of Molinara and Corvina 50% 50%

Vinification: the wine is made ​​with a short fermentation on the skins and then in autoclaves with the Charmat method at room temperature and pressure controlled.

Characteristics: the result is a wine with a light red color, bright and fresh scents.

Alcohol Content: 12 %alcohol by volume.

Serving Temperature: serve at 10° C.

Available in: Bottles of 0.75 l.
